EVIDENCE

Three kinds of evidence, not one number repeated

A full season of autonomous operation, a transmission line at 220 m elevation difference, and city-scale coordination answer different questions.

HOW THE WORK IS RUN

What each type of evidence actually proves

Read the three projects for different things: continuity, physics, and coordination at scale.

Continuity over a season

Zhengzhou Airport Zone EMC ran a complete heating season with AI holding substations, including peak cold spells and part-load nights, using load forecasting, supply-temperature optimisation and secondary-network balancing.

Savings were 13.70% and 17.95% in two separate seasons, each measured under the project's own scope.

Physics at the extremes

The Zhengzhou transmission project carries roughly 220 m of elevation difference across five pumping stages on a DN1600 main. A setpoint that is safe at the source can be unsafe at the far end.

Hydraulic simulation was used to check coordinated-control strategies before they reached the pumps, supporting full-flow stable operation in the first heating season.

Coordination at city scale

Qingdao West Coast combines multiple heat sources, long-distance lines and hundreds of substations on one operating platform, so source, network and station data are read together.

Company materials record a 65% reduction in service work orders and about RMB 50 million of first-year economic benefit.
