How we handle the information you leave on this site
Beijing Nuanliu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") operates this website. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, whether we share it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us.
1. What we collect
Information you submit. When you complete a form such as "Get an energy assessment", we receive the name, phone number, company, email address, area of interest, system scale and notes you enter.
Website visit information. The pages you visit, the buttons you click, time on page and scroll position, device type and interface language, the domain of the referring site, and a random identifier used to tell one visit from another. This is used to understand which content visitors find useful.
Server logs. To keep the site secure and stable, our server records access time, IP address, browser type and similar technical data, used only for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and prepare assessments, proposals and implementation advice;
- to measure traffic and understand interest in particular content, so we can improve the site and our product information;
- to keep the site secure and stable, and to diagnose and resolve faults.
None of this is used for automated decision-making, for decisions with legal effect on you, or for marketing you have not agreed to receive.
3. Whether we share it
We do not. We do not sell, rent or otherwise provide your information to third parties. There are only two exceptions: where you have given separate consent; or where disclosure is required by law or by a mandatory request from a regulator or judicial authority.
Visit statistics are recorded by our own system. We do not use any third-party analytics platform.
4. How long we keep it

5. What you can do
- Access, correct or delete — email nl@nuanliukeji.com about any information you submitted; we will verify and respond within 15 working days.
- Prefer not to be counted — email us and we will stop recording that source in our statistics.
These requests do not affect processing already carried out.
6. Changes and contact
If this notice changes, we will update it here with a new date. Material changes to the purpose or categories of information will be flagged prominently on the site.
